kept going dizzy, so ate loads. stupid me!!!

gagagaga waiting lists!!!

grrr!
so i had my follow up assesment from group, and i am to be put on another waiting list..im like an expert at this waiting lark!
its so frustrating, i am feeling soooo ready to change, but its taking forever to get the help.

i am fat, i need to stop eating like this and i neeeeed to do more excercise, i really hate my body (and self?!)

ofcourse it would be even better if i wasnt feeling the above at all!

today i have eaten...
